I got a new glass mug at Hobby Lobby for about 3 bucks! I drank Iced Tea as soon as I got home!

Now lemme share some news. My blogaversary is in 5 days!!!!!!!! I'm sooooo excited. Sadly, I will (probably) not be able to make my goal of 100 followers by my blogaversary, but oh well! And also, I heard that two little kids in Africa saw, as they described, a man dressed in white which I believe was an angel from the Lord.

So, I've been doing almost everything except blogging. I'm terribly sorry. I've been loving Reached, Book Thief, everything. So, I recently found out about the story of the candy cane, if you'd like to see it, click here or you could just read it in this post.

many years ago, a candy maker wanted to make a candy that will symbolize the true meaning of Christmas. so, he came up with the candy cane.
he shaped it like a J (which now is kind of like a not quite finished P) for Jesus. the colors were chosen on purpose, the white for purity and the red for the blood Jesus shed for us.

now, we eat it like there's no meaning to it! well- that's not true! now, i found out i haven't really done a favorites post. so, here's a small thing- i believe this is how you'll do this!
