Hiya! My name is Meena. I run this small blog called 'A Dreaming Wildflower' and here's a little bit about me. ;)

I live in a small town in North Florida with my parents, my lil sister, and our two dogs, Lily and Roxy.

I major in music. I was a part of the city-wide chorus where I had rehearsal close to every Tuesday, had a rehearsal on close to every other Saturday, and had voice lessons one Monday every month. I was pretty busy. We have a lot of concerts every season, at least five every season, but it mainly averages out to about seven or eight not including our concerts on tour. Our tours have taken us to Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, and Ireland. Last year was my first tour, and we went on a cruise in Alaska. This year we finished our tour in Italy and Greece where we sang in The Vatican at St. Perter's Bascilica also doing a concert on the cruise ship where I had a solo in the last number before the encore. :)

I play the guitar, well, am learning guitar. I write my own songs and take them to my lessons and show them to my teacher, and he comes up with some awesome chords and notes to go with the song. Right now, I've already recorded my song Aspire to Inspire and am learning Sweet Child Of Mine by Guns & Roses and also Hey, Jude by The Beatles.

I minor in German. I'm taking German and can probably have a little bit more advanced than a basic conversation with someone. I think I'm doing very well, and even though it confuses me so much, the harder I work the more I'm going to learn.

I major in writing. I write a lot. I've written about twenty songs, (only half of them are actually good...) and have written about five short stories, one book, and I'm writing another one now. Well, not right now at this very second, but... yeah.

I love books. I don't understand how a person could possibly hate books. It just makes zero zero zero sense to me.

Fun fact about me: My eyes change from blue to green all the time. So if you see my eye blue in one picture but green in another it's not a camera trick. They will also change to a light brown sometimes, but not very often.
