Would You Like To Advertise?

I've seen a lot of people have "Your Ad Here" on there blog, well, how about instead of ya'll paying for an ad you just ask! Now, I'll let people have a small ad for there blog at the end of a couple posts each month! So, just email me and we'll talk! Now, all it will be is a small banner made by you or me at the end of a couple posts. I figured that most people would like toadvertise, why not for free! So, c'mon, you know you want to! So, just email me about it! Here would be the ad size you'd get:

    Okay, so I go to template and then hit edit html put there's not the button. I tried going to customize and then hit upload image but it won't upload!!!
